Panic Button Characters, pt. 1

I was looking up articles about the principles of character design, and I decided to draw up the characters from the first part of my story Panic Button. I was working to make each character's look unique (at least amongst the cast). I'm pretty happy about most of them, save for maybe Kitra Rame's (the man in the center); He's not nearly imposing or creepy enough.

Safari: Saffy dresses nicely, if not trendily. Her clothes are generally pretty functional. With her job, she has to look presentable. If it weren't for work, she would probably walk around in trashy pajamas all day. Safari's only ever as functional as she absolutely has to be. 
Lyric: Lyric's a trendy, fashion-conscious teenager. She dresses in a modern feminine manner, usually brand name products. Lyric has a decent amount of money, and being as she likes to look nice, she frequently spends that money on clothes. Surprisingly, she's not as fashionable as many of her peers.
Question: Quest wears strangely nice clothes for a 13 year old boy. He wears formal, classy clothes, at least when he's not wearing his school uniform.
Kitra: as a paternal of the Topazidian United Church, Kit wears his vestments at almost all times; A plain white button-up with deep brown pants and a very light blue armband. It's a severe outfit, matching Kit's severe personality.
Viva: former adult model Viva wears appropriately risqué outfits, probably not quite right for a woman of her age or status. Viv's a sweetheart, though, and her super-fashionable clothes seem fitting.
Cario: Being a 10 year old boy, Carrie doesn't much care about fashion. He wears pretty typical little boy clothes.
Valentina: Safari's co-worker wears classic woman's work attire, always looking far classier than anyone else in any given room. She cares about appearances, and wishes her officemates, particularly Saffy, cared more. She always looks put together, contrasting with Saffy's more disheveled look.
